NIAGARA FALLS – Community Missions of the Niagara Frontier is holding its 11th annual Feet or Famine Walk on Saturday in Whirlpool State Park.
The 5-kilometer walk starts at 11:15 a.m., rain or shine. Registration begins at 10:30.
A classic car show, a 50-50 raffle, a picnic lunch and prizes for the 10 people who collect the most pledges all are part of the day.
Community Missions served nearly 71,000 meals in 2012 at its Buffalo Avenue headquarters, and it offered emergency shelter to 591 adults and 82 children.
