LOCKPORT – A Niagara Falls 17-year-old faces up to seven years in state prison after pleading guilty Wednesday in connection with a failed Jan. 12 home invasion on Linwood Avenue in the Falls.
K’Shawn L. Sistrunk of McKoon Avenue admitted to a reduced charge of attempted second-degree burglary and was scheduled for sentencing Sept. 25 by in Niagara County Court Judge Sara Sheldon Farkas.
Sistrunk and two others, who so far have not been identified, entered the Linwood Avenue home. Two were armed with long guns, but a person in the home disarmed one of the attackers, and they all fled.
