NIAGARA FALLS – The Niagara Falls Family Y will host a free “Healthy Kids Day” from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday at its Portage Rd. site.
This fun and interactive day is designed to help families learn how to form healthier habits together. Children’s fitness assessments will be offered, as well as arts and crafts, no-bake cooking and healthy nutritional information. The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children also will be on hand to administer child identifications.
The YMCA will waive its initial joining fee of up to $110 for families who become YMCA members Saturday.
