LOCKPORT – Joseph M. Gaines, 44, of Chestnut Road, Wilson, pleaded guilty to a felony count of driving while intoxicated in Niagara County Court Wednesday.
County Judge Matthew J. Murphy III scheduled sentencing Nov. 7 for Gaines, who was arrested in Wilson Feb. 2. He has a previous DWI conviction from 2005.
