LOCKPORT – A North Tonawanda man pleaded not guilty in Niagara County Court Friday to an indictment accusing him of making three illegal pill sales in that city early last year.
James Fontana, 23, of Sweeney Street, is charged with three counts each of third-degree criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
The alleged deals occurred on two separate dates in early 2012.
