NIAGARA FALLS – A Michigan trucker told police he was forced into his motel room and robbed at gun point just after 1:30 a.m. Monday.
The victim said he had left his motel room on Niagara Falls Boulevard and was forced back into his room by two women, standing by the door, who rushed at him in the parking lot and pushed him back into his room.
He said two men, one of them with a silver handgun, followed the women into the room and demanded his wallet, then took $483. He said as they left he tried to grab the last woman and restrain her and call for help. Witnesses saw him struggling with the woman as the other woman fled.
The victim said the men came back in a threatening manner and he let the woman go and they all fled in a silver car. The vehicle was last seen traveling westbound on Niagara Falls Boulevard.
