NIAGARA FALLS – Free computer courses are being offered over the next several weeks in the Niagara Falls Public Library, 1425 Main St.
The series begins Monday with how to use Microsoft Word. Tuesday’s topic is Excel, and Wednesday’s is email. There will be basic courses from 1 to 4 p.m. each day, and intermediate courses from 4 to 7 p.m.
Sessions will continue with flash drives and mail merges on July 30; Internet job searches and online safety Aug. 1; Google and Wikipedia Aug. 5; LinkedIn and Twitter Aug. 6; and Facebook Aug. 7.
All courses are free, but advance sign-up is needed at the library reference desk, or by calling 286-4881. The classes are being offered in conjunction with the Nioga Library System.
