The Village Insulation Program, a two-year effort to install energy-saving insulation in homes and small businesses across upstate New York, has been completed, the New York Power Authority announced Monday.
Co-sponsored by the Independent Energy Efficiency Program, it insulated 167 buildings in Western New York and 781 statewide, at a cost of $2.95 million.
