NEWFANE — A 20-inch tire and rim valued at $450 were reported stolen after being left outside of an apartment in the 3900 block of Lockport-Olcott Road, sometime between 12:30 and 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
The victim told Niagara County sheriff’s deputies that he left the tire with chrome rim outside his apartment door because there was not enough room inside his apartment.
